Severe Pain With White Chunks And Light Bleeding In Urine. History Of Horrible UTI's, Kidney Infections. Advice ?
I have always had horrible UTI's, Kidney infections and so on. I do not have insurance at the moment. I have some kidney infection antibiotics I'm supposed to use whenever I feel it coming on, but right now I am experiencing such severe pain, along with white chunks, which i believe to be pus, and light bleeding in my urine as well. Will I be fine with just my antibiotics and tons of water or do I need to go to the ER?

Recurrent urinary infection, you need to get evaluated for cause for it.
Need to get evaluated for renal stones, vesico ureteric reflux, stasis of urine, structural abnormality of kidney.
Continuous repeated use of antibiotics results in development of resistance, need to use antibiotics depending on culture and sensitivity when ever required.
Need to get USG abdomen, micturating urethrogram, X-ray of KUB region for diagnosing underlying cause.
Consult your doctor for examination and management.
