Severe Pain In Testicle, Abdomen And Lower Back With Lump In Testicle After Having Vasectomy. Any Thoughts?

HI there, I have had a vasectomy 10 weeks ago. I have had a great amount of discomfort in my right tesitcle. I can feel a lump the size of a marble. I also am experiencing an aching feeling in my abdomen and lower back. I was prescribed antibiotics and I am on my 7th day of the prescription. The swelling initially came down however after a week of work and more activity I am back to square one. I am incredibly concerned that this will not go away. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. When I went to seek medical advice the Dr. advised me to ignore my symptoms.. However the pain is quite intolerable. PLease help!!

hello there!
Vasectomy results in great deal of inflammations and odds for infections if not cared for. take some analgesics and scrotal support and rest. keep the hygiene score and if the problem persist seek the doctor's help but keep in mind vasectomy with these troubes are common. will subside eventually.
good luck
