Severe Pain In Pelvic Area, Lower Back Pain, Difficulty Walking. History Of Having Miscarriage, Continued Bleeding. Help

hi im 31 yrs old, I had a miscarriage on 8/5/13didnt really bleed until 8/12, I still bleeding, no more large clots like befor but thetre like residue like broken down clots. I get really bad pain in the pelvic area and really bad lower back pain where I cant even stand bend or walk properly. I didn't get a d/c dr said I didn't need it cause uterus was clear. confirmed by vaginal u/s and physical exam. do I need any meds to speed up bleeding process and how long will I bleed......thanks in advance for your input

The heavy bleeding with clots that you are having now could be due to some retained products of conception in the uterine cavity. This needs an ultrasound scan for diagnosis. You may need D&C for relief.
