Severe Pain In Left Buttocks Due To Bumping, Pain Radiating Down Leg With Sharp Stabs. What To Do ?

I flipped an ATV and flew off landing on my left side. Left buttocks has severe pain for several days preventing me from walking and moving much or sitting. pain radiates down leg and burning/pressure with occasional sharp stabs. did not resolve or lessen with either ice, Tylenol 3 or naproxen. No visible bruises or abrasions to site. wondering if I could have injured something major in the area.

Hi--you need to get x-rays of the lumbar spine, pelvis and hips to see if there's any fracture there. You also need an MRI of the lumbar spine because the radiating leg pain could be from a compressed nerve root due to a disk rupture
