Severe Muscle Pain, Burning Sensation. Elevated CRP And ESR Rates. Any Ideas?

I have a history of 6 months of progressively worsening muscle burning and pain. The pain has become a daily event and is severe. My Doctor ran some tests and sent me for a Rheumatology consult. My ANA and RA factor came back negative but my CRP and ESR rates are elevated. I need to figure this out. The pain is affecting every part of my life. I can't do anything I could do before, simply walking or grocery shopping. I'm in constant pain that feels l like muscles burning and my muscles are about to give out. That's the best way I can explain it. I've done so much online research but it's all so confusing and overlapping.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
hallo dear friend
i have studied your case
there is systemic illness leading to all joint affection
rheumatoid arthitis is common and still present in 60 % who are RA FACTOR NEGATIVE
your RA test suggest prognosis [result] of your disease
for other polyarthritis you have to do PCR studies
are you having morning stiffness, small joints more involved

you can start DMARD [FOR RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS] and see for response to treatment

you need further blood investigation like ACCP

take rest , take some analgesic , hot or cold fomentation
exersizes of affected joints are very imp
physio - USG, TENS will help
for further query contact drvaibhavg@yahoo.com
