Severe Constipation, Wake Up With Yellow Deposition On Tongue, Intense Back Ache And Acne. How Can I Cure This?
hello i am currently 21 and a female, i have had problems with my bowels for a couple of years now. But constipation has got worse lately, i also wake up with yellow stuff on my tongue!! Iget back ache and i have suffered with acne since i was 11, but it sometimes gets bad can this all be related this surely cannot be normal for my age! any ideas as to what this could be!!

If i would be your treating doctor i would suggest you to take light food,drink plenty of water& avoid fried food.
Take,
-Dashamoolarista 3tsp with water twice a day.
-Triphala powder 1-2 tsp at bed time.
-Apply kumkumadi ointment over acne.
As these are prescription medicine consult to local aayurveda specialist.
