Hi, Thanks for writing your query. It would be helpful if you give more information about :- 1. Any associated breathing difficulty while having chest pain? 2. Any history of injury on chest? After reading your post, it seems that the pain you are experiencing during laughing seems to be more of a muscular pain. It is not a unique pain and can be seen during excessive laughing and doesnot need any medication. Still you should get yourself auscultated clinically to rule out any possibility of bronchoconstriction which can be aggravated during laughing or any exertional activity.
