Sesamoid Bones On Foot Broken, Hurts On Walking. Willing To Have Surgery. Process Of Operation, Healing Period?

Both Sesamoid bones on on my left foot were broken 1 year ago after a jump on a rock from app 2.5 M high. I can still walk short distances but it hurts. I would like to be operated (to remove the broken parts). I have the X-ray if needed. Please help me to better understand a typical operation by describing in short terms:
- the process of operation (eventually step by step)
- the duration of operation
- the healing period after operation (when after the operation can I walk normally?)
- will the tendon and the muscles underneath work?
- other problems as You may consider important.
-Would You please recommend me a Doctor ? I am 70 years of age and live in Melbourne. Thank You, Alex Bara.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Sir, for these all you better consult to some orthopedic surgeon, because it is almost year gone, the malunion must have taken place, so the surgery could not be possible, still the orthopedic surgeon would be last judge to decide, have nice day.
