Hi, Please mention how many days are you past your due period as otherwise it is difficult to give you a proper opinion. Urine pregnancy tests can read well only after 3-7 days after a missed period while a blood test can read well as early as a week before the next due period or 10 days after ovulation. A trans-vaginal sonogram can identify a gestation sac at 4-5 weeks while viability in the form of fetal cardiac activity can be seen at 5-6 weeks. Discharge from the breasts is also a feature of very early pregnancy. So, I would suggest a properly guided evaluation by a specialist before you plan any further treatment. Hope this helps.
