Semi Soft Lipomas Around Elbow, Sore Elbow, Painful In Elbow Movement. What Could Be This?

i have a cluster of what feels like semi-soft lipomas around my elbow. the tissue is palpable to touch and included in the cluster are smaller pea size lumps under neath skin. The elbow is very sore to touch and also throbs and feels like it has a burning sensation.. I also cannot extend the elbow out fully cause it is too painful. O have other lipomas left side underneath arm and around my sternum and under my collar bone and just below the breast that I can touch and move it around. At this time none of the lumps really can be seen but they are all sore to touch and are found under the skin,. Do you know what this might be.
