Semen Analysis Shows Sperm Count Less Than 10 Million. Had Erectile Dysfunction. Suggested To Use Zydalius. What To Do?

I m 39 yrs old and my wife is 30 now. My wife was able to conceive so we visited a gynecologist in 2011. We were advised timed intercourse. During this time for the first time in my life i felt problem of Erectile dysfunction. i met an urologist he gave some counselling and suggested to use Zydalius. Slowly my ED problem became less. But still there is full recovery. Last year i went for semen analysis and sperm count came to be less than 10 million.please advise me what to do.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concern.
From the available history, I think your wife is not pregnant now.
Sperm count of less than 10 million is lower than normal.
Normal is between 15 to 20 million.
But about 10 million is good to have a baby, except when the mortality rate of the sperm also is high.
I am not sure about Zydalius, but if still the sperm count is less, then you can go for hormonal treatment.
Wish you speedy child.
