Hello,

Carnitor is an amino acid type of medication. it helps improve energy and improves efficiency of body function. This medicine is successfully used in sperm motility problems, according to many scientific researches carried out on people with low motility related infertility problems. Therefore, I suggest consulting your reproductive specialist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
