Hi,

According to the semen analysis, the only problem seen is related to the abnormal spermatozoa > 40%. In other words, the number of sexual cells in your sperm is normal, but they are not 100 % normal in morphology, which affects your fertility.

In addition, you have also pus cells which indicate for a possible infection.

I'd recommend to use antibiotics for infections and get OG consultation if you plan to have children.
