Semen Analysis Done. Are Results Normal. If Not Suggest Treatment?

Hi,
Recently I have got my semen analysis done. Below are the parameters. Could you please let me know whether my semen is normal ?
1. liquification time: 60 minutes
2. Total count: 90 millions /ml.
3. Motility preparation:
a. 0 hour -->highly motile : 60%, sluggishly motile : 20 % , non motile : 20%
b. 3 hours -->highly motile : 15%, sluggishly motile : 10% , non motile : 75%
c. 6 hours -->highly motile : 04%, sluggishly motile : 02 % , non motile : 94 %
d. 12 hours -->highly motile : nil , sluggishly motile :nil , non motile : 100 %
4. Morphology:
a. pus cells : 20 - 25 / HPF
b. Epithelial cells : 3 - 4 / HPF
c. RBC: 4 - 6 / HPF
d. Abnormal spermatozoa are about 6% showing bifid heads and long tails.
5. IMPRESSION: NORMOSPERMIA
Please let me know if my semen is ok. If not then please suggest me some medicine and also let me know when to take the medicines.

Your report shows
1.liquefaction time: 60 minutes
It is increased in your case. It is usually 20-30 minutes after collection. Delayed liquefaction indicate infection and infection is present in your case.

2. Total count: 90 millions /ml.
It is normal in your case. Lower limit is 40 millions /ml.

3.Motility is normal in your case.

4. pus cells : 20 - 25 / HPF

b. Epithelial cells : 3 - 4 / HPF

c. RBC: 4 - 6 / HPF

d. Abnormal spermatozoa are about 6% showing bifid heads and long tails

Pus cell,R.B.C and epithelial cells suggests that there is infection.
You should consult your doctor and you need antibiotics for it.
There are few abnormal spermatozoa present in semen and it is within normal limit.
