Semen Analysis Report Suggest Azoospermia And Can It Be Treated?
Dear Sir,
I have repeatedly done my Semen Analysis and found following results;
Quantity: 03 ml
Reaction: Alkaline
Appearance/Color: Greyish While
Viscosity: Normal
Liquefaction: Complete after 30 min incubation at 37 C
Sperm Count: NO SPERMATOZOA IS SEEN
Others: Pus Cells 0-2/HPF
Latest Test Done: 13 Jan 2014
Doctor's Comment: Azoospermia

DOB: 21-11-1976
Marital Status: Married (June'2002)
Children: 1 (Girl) Born on July 2007 (Normal Birth)
Physical Health: Good
Sex: Normal
Kindly advice possible treatment

Cause for secondary male infertility could be varicocele,blockage of vas deferens or spermatogenesis failure.For these you should go for colour doppler of scrotum and serum FSH level.As the volume is also very low so you may be having retrograde ejaculation as well.Get fasting blood sugar.You can mail me these
