Scan Done. Anything To Worry?

what does it mean to have a benign hemangioma in the t 12 vertebral body, the marrow signal intensity is otherwise normal. the conus medullaris and cauda equina are normal. intervertebral discs are minimally dehydrated at the the l3-l4, 4-5 and l5-s1 levels without disc bulging at any level and without focal protrusion.
there is no central or foraminal stenosis throughout the lumbar spine. there are mild to moderate degenerative changes at the l5 - s1 facet joints. there is a tiny annular tear left paracentral l5-s1 intervertebral disc.
mild to moderate l5-s1 degenerative facet hypetrophy.
is this something to worrry about and what is there to do to stop the pain?
