Sarcoid In Remission, Tailbone Pain, Urge To Urinate, Fatigue, Dizziness. Reason?

I am 40 year old woman. Seven years ago I had acute sarcoid, it went into remission but I have lingering bone pain in fingers and elbows. Now I am having pain in my tailbone area, like a pressure, and feeling of needing to urinate very frequently. I have been fatigued past 12 months and dizzy at times. I am an active runner, eat healthy and weigh 106 lbs. What do you think is causing this discomfort?
