Running Nose, Slight Fever With Chillness, Stuffy Nose, Cramps In Thighs. Should I Discontinue Montec ?

Dear Doctor, I developed Running nose &slight Fever since Last satday. As I was t to fly to Mumbai on same day, I didn't take any medicines. The problem got aggravated with the chillness in Flt &I developed a stuffy nose.I consulted a local Dr who advised me MONTEC LC 10MG FOR 5DAYS,he which I'm taking from sunday. But the nasal block continues, without any pain or discharge of course. I have side effects- loose motion (once today, but thrice Y.day).also I frequently urinated last night.I had cramps also in thigh region while sleeping. Should I discontinue MONtec&take other medicines. I'm on NebistarSA for 10yrs for hyper tension &X-tor 5mg for lipids. I also have history of Sinusitis in young days &I'm60 now. Slight Prostrate enlargement was detected in scan in March . AAAAA
