Hello,

Welcome to Health Care Magic

You are having pimples( Acne vulgaris), Pimple scars and open pores.

Acne is due to your adolescent hormones and you will continue to have it till that hormonal influence is over. HHfudic cream is fusidic acid cream which is an antibiotic but not commonly used for acne. I will recommend you to use clindamycin gel in the morning and benzoyl peroxide gel at night. Gigaplex is zinc sulphate and it helps in acne treatment as an adjuvant. Pimple prone skin is usually oily and i will recommend a gel form of sunscreen ( eg: Suncote gel/ Suncros aquagel/ Ansolar gel cream) and not sunban.

You seem to be having pitted scars of acne. There are a lot of treatments available to make it better. Basically there are three types of pimple scars. Depending upon what is the majority of scars that you have treatments vary. Treatments available for it include Subcision, Derma roller ( Microneedling ) technique,Microdermabrasion, Ablative laser resurfacing, Non ablative laser etc. Get a consultation from a dermatologist who is experienced in cosmetology. He will assess your scars and plan treatment. You might need multiple sittings of different modalities of treatments for maximal benefit. You need to have patience because results will be gradual. After care instructions should be strictly followed and after procedure excessive sun exposure should be avoided.

Open pores is a difficult condition to treat. It is one of the signs of ageing. A toner after cleansing the face helps. Microdermabrasion is a service which helps. Use sunscreen regularly.

Avoid creams on your face. Avoid too much oil on your scalp. Diet is important. Avoid milk and milk products like cheese, chocolates, sweets, sugary foods and drinks. Eat a lot of fruits rich in vitamin A and Vitamin C.

Hope this helped

Take care
