Hello and welcome to HCM,
The cytology report of the nipple discharge suggests presence of benign breast cells along with macrophages.
There is no evidence of malignant cells in the nipple discharge.
Presence of malignant cells suggests cancer of the breast.
The cytology report suggests presence of benign breast disease.
Benign breast disease includes cysts, adenomas, fibroadenomas, fibrocystic disease etc.
The management of benign breast disease and cancer of the breast is different.
Mastectomy wit lymph node removal is required in cancer of the breast.
Simple excision of the benign lesion is required in benign breast disease.
A cyst is a fluid filled cavity. Presence of benign cells rules out the possibility of cancer.
Consult your surgeon for complete aspiration of the cyst or its removal.

Thanks and take care
