Remedy For White Patches In Mouth Due To Tobacco Chewing?

Hi i'm 18 year old male.i'm chewing tobacco from last 4 year.but now i had quitted tobacco from last 4 months.the problem is that my mouth is all white from inside my cheeks,lip and roof of my mouth.i cant eat spicy food.now i smoke sometimes almost one cigrette everyday..i cant open my mouth properly..i can enter 3 fingers in my mouth..plz tell me how can i get rid frm all ths..also suggest me medicine plz...

hello thanks fr consulting at hcm..it is called oral submucous fibrosis, where mouth opening is limited due to fibrosis, it is a irreversible condition,,only symptoms can be minimized by stopping all habits,including smoking, then u could start taking antioxidants,,followed by surgical stripping and latest is stem cell replacemnt,, consult a oral surgeon for surgical procedures..hope it helps,,tc..
