Reduced Seminal Fluid During Ejaculation. History Of Vasectomy Being Done. Is This Normal?

Hi. I have had a vasectomy about 28 years ago - I am now 66. I have noticed recently that the volume of seminal fluid ejaculated has been reducing dramatically, almost to the point of nothing. Is this normal? Should I have a reversal or get the thing checked out? Thankyou
