Redness On Head Of Penis, Burning Sensation In Urethra. Tried Lotrimin. Course Of Action?

Hi, I have been experiencing a redness and purple color around the head of my penis for about a month an a half, At first there were almost boils around the head rim but those are gone. The problem seems to have gotten better over the past 2 weeks while I have tried lotrimin but it is not completely back to normal and over the past few days, I have a burning sensation in my urethra that is not to bad yet. I thought it might be jock itch but since it has not gone away yet, I dont know what it might be and I no longer have health insurance. What is my best course of action?

Hi redness on the penis indicates either herpes or candidiasis.If pain is more herpes if itching is more it is candidiasis.painful urethra after pimples are gone indicates postherpetic neuralgia..hence the condition mentioned is herpes progentalis.it is a viral infection.use libotryp and neurokind plus tablets to relieve the pain
