Reddish Circular Bruise, Near Ankle Bone, No Pain, No Swelling

I woke up with a redish bruise like circle directly on the outside of my ankle bone about 2 in in diameter. No pain, swelling, or itchiness. Should I be concerned?

Since this bruise is from one day only, i do not think that you should be worried about. I would advice you to apply ice, apply Diclofenc ointment and compression bandage. If it is causing pain then you can take Brufen tablet for pain relief.
