Recurring Sudden Nausea, Vomiting And Massive Diarrhea With Epigastric Discomfort. Better After Sometime. Infection?

I was sleeping when I wake up an hour ago so thirsty .
I drank some water , few minutes after that I felt epigastric discomfort and about 15 minutes later I ran to the bathroom to pee ,suddenly I had nausea,projectile vomiting and massive sudden diarrhea , vomiting again ,massive diarrhea again(at the same time sudden alternation of massive diarrhea with nausea and projectile massive vomiting) I thought I was going to die with the sudden fatigue,n,v,d that wont stop for almost 40 mintues ..an hour later I felt much better.
Was is a kind of poisoning?

DEAR ,ALL THESE FEATURES SUGGEST IT WAS A KIND OF FOOD POISONING.IT WILL BE BETTER IF YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR DEHYDRATION.
