Recurring Blood In Stools, Lump Around Anus, Constipation. Related?
hi i recently had blood in my stools ,so i research and found it could be hemoiroides so i increased my fibre intake and was fine for a week,but sudddenly today it came back after a week of good dieting . throughout the week i hardly really emptied my bowels that much,but today it was quite a bit. I also have a small pea sized lump around the anus if this is related.

try avoiding constipated. continue high fibre diet, may add laxatives and stool softner if much distressed. avoid spicy foods and consume ample water. if problem persist than may discuss it down in detail.
