Hi, Welcome to HCM. You had not mentioned your age, about your sexual activity and whether you have Diabetes or not? These are having some implications on your present problem There are two possibilities. 1. HSV2 infection. It will have recurrence and appear as tiny grouped vesicles and will go for tiny grouped ulcers with or without pain and heal spontaneously within 5-7 days. 2. This could be due to yeast infection. If you are a Diabetic the probability is more. It may appear as small cuts around clitoris. HSV 2 can be diagnosed by smear test and blood test. Yeast can be diagnosed with wet smear, dry stained smears and culture. The treatment decided accordingly. Both conditions have dependence on periods. If you meet your physician she/he will guide you better. Get well soon. Dr S.Murugan
