Recurred Painful Bump Outside Vagina, Towards Anus, Bleeding When Touched. Any Ideas?

I have a "bump" right outside my vagina, toward my anus. One doctor took it off and had it sent off. It wasn't cancer but they didn't know what it was. Within 3 days of having it removed it came back. The doctor has put some kind of something on it to desolve it. But it keeps coming back. It is very painful. It bleeds if I touch it. But it doesn't bleed freely. Any ideas what it could be?

Hi, it appears to be an abscess, and it is to be irrigated, by a large incission, and dressing by a plug containing a gauge, and ointment. for few days till the pus stopped coming out.
So i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. If still it is continuing the surgeon will get the pus examined forculture and sensitivity, and give treatment according to the sensitivity levels probably by double antibiotics. Thank you.
