i had a miscarriage three months ago because of having dermoid cysts in my both ovaries, in the left cyst was too large that my doctor remove my left ovary and just cleaned my right ovary from multi cysts but didn't remove that.the cysts were removed by lapratomy. i have three years old baby . i love babies. now i want 2nd baby. so could u please tell me when it is better to concieve as early as possible?.

HI,

I can understand your concerns.

It is safe to try for pregnancy atleast 6 months after any surgery or miscarriage.

In the meantime you can start taking folic acid tablets and iron tablets to increase your chances of a successful pregnancy.

You have chances of becoming pregnant as you have one ovary still left.

Please wait for 3 more months and then try for pregnancy.
