Brief Answer:
Ovarian cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As per your clinical history is concerned doctors have done a good job to remove cyst and it was a dermoid cyst. So nothing to be worried at all as it is not cancerous at all. As per your question you have asked that does laparascopic cystectomy would be linked to primary infertility and my answer will be no. As you know ovarian cyst may be a cause of your primary infertility so some cysts are removed by surgical methods. Besides infertility absolute indications for ovarian cystectomy include definitive diagnostic confirmation of an ovarian cyst and exclusion of ovarian cancer which is very important for future complications.

So as she had no complaint at all but cyst was removed so it is good for her and nothing to be worried at all.

Hope that helps

Hello.... I had an HSG done today. I had an ectopic pregnancy last month. I had the MTX shot April 1. hCG declined over 4 weeks to a 2 & I got my period a week later. I am 38, I have a 3.5 year old son delivered via c-section. I had my left ovary removed in 2008 due to a dermoid cyst. Test today showed a swollen right Fallopian tube & cysts on right ovary. Course of action us to look at the cysts again after my next period. My question is what can cause my tube to be swollen & what am I up against with it?

I am 41. I am going in for my 8th laparoscopy tomorrow for yet another painful ovarian complex cyst. This time my Dr. has suggested the removal of this ovary. My last cyst was removed 18 months ago. I lost my left ovary to a large dermoid cyst in 2009. Heading into surgical menopause makes me nervous. I know how my body reacts to a laparoscopy, but how will I feel if I am thrown into menopause? Do I just have the surgery and remove the ovary, to do it again in another 18 months, or just take out my last ovary now and move one. I am so confused.

My daughter has been bleeding for 3 weeks including her menstration, however she is having severe pain distended abdomen when brought to the hospital thye informed her that it was cysts rupturing. I have clear fluid like water coming from my vagina-not urethra. I can not feel it happen and only notice when I stand up and see a wet spot on a chair or clothing. There is no odor, pain, itching, color...clear and the same consistency as water. This has happened once before when I did NOT have my period. I have endomitriosis and have had my menstrual cycle since 6/13...the past 4 days with fever, nausea, swollen gums and diarrhea-all normal for me during a bad endo phase. Probably unrelated, but I have a Primary Immune Disorder, CVID Ocular Sarcoidosis, Sjogren s, Asthma, and have had my right ovary and fallopian tube removed when a dermoid tumor grew very large and attached to both organs.
