Reasons For Heavy Periods With Severe Cramps
I m 29 years old, the last 6 months my periods have been very heavy and accompanied with severe cramps. This month my period came 1 week early but was not a normal period and now I have been bleeding off and on for almost 3 weeks. It is not heavy like a usual period and is very spotty on when it comes, mostly in the morning and will taper off by evening. Any ideas of what is going on? Thanks

initially probably, it was ovulatory cycles but later on it was anovulatory.
get it confirmed by sonography.
