Reason For Shoulder Pain, Stiff Neck, Tingling Arms?

I woke up with a stiff neck a few months ago. Since that time I have experienced moderate pain in my right shoulder and when I tilt my head backwards or sometimes to the side my right arm will tingle from my shoulder to my finger tips. What could be wrong?

Looking to your history it could cervical spondylosis there must be some disk problem you will have to get it confirm and for that better get done the x-ray of cervical spine, this rule of the possibility of degenerative changes of vertebrae, mean while you can use cervical collar, hope this information helps you, have good time
