I was put 10mg dosage of prednisone for severe poison oak. I was on it for 10 days. The poison oak seems to be dried up and almost completely gone, but Around day 6 or 7 I developed hives/rash along my waistline, low stomach and pubic area. The itch is unbearable and hives are raised. I also have itching on legs, arms, etc without hives developing in those places. Should I see my doctor? Am I having an allergic reaction to the prednisone? Any help would be great
