Well just from the fact that you have a clot in the brain it is not possible to know what you have unless we know the report in detail.
First of all as you have got the radiography
done , the actual site of the brain having the clot, the size of the clot and any raise in intracranial pressure (ICP ) or evidence of mass effect are of prime importance. Now headache and vomiting
can be a feature of raised ICP.
Also I would like to point out that the mode of injury
and whether there was any external injury is also to be noted , especially as you are also having fever
. Wlth high grade fever the possibility of meningitis
due to infection has to be ruled out.
