Purple Spot on Chest, What could that be ?

The day after working out, I usually get about 1 or 2 purple spots on my chest. It doesn t hurt like a bruise, and they aren t raised. What could that be ?

The spots you experience can be due to the excessive stress you experience during your workout which makes some of the fragile capillaries of skin to rupture.You should avoid stressing outmuch during exercise and getyour bleeding time, clotting time and capillary fragility checked.
