Punctures Near Thumb After Bitten By A Golden Chow, Took Augmentin. Numbness, Pain And Swelling. What To Do ?

I was bitten by a Golden Chow on Saturday on my palm. The bite didn't go all the way through to the other side and I didn't need stitches. I have 3 punctures nears my thumb. The ER bandaged me up and gave me the antibiotic Augmentin and to take 3 ibuprofen for the pain and swelling. 2 days later I went back, they gave me a sling to help with the swelling and told be to watch the redness around the wound. It's been five days and I'm starting to have numbness in palm and some itchiness. Does this mean that I have nerve damage and is there something that can be done? What should I do?
