Pulsation On The Chest. ECG Normal. Could This Be Due To My Smoking?

I can feel the pulse sensation below the right side of chest and it comes two days once three days once and i am very thin. so i went to a doctor and took the ECG test then they told nothing this happens to people who r thin so i am worried a lot about that.and i smoke a lot,does smoking related to this, what to do to stop it.

possibility due to smoking cant be ruled out. if ECG is normal you may go for echo-cardiogram before reaching the conclusion and obviously after proper consultation.
