Hello ma'am and welcome.

The pressure on your bowels and bladder is due to an enlarged uterus with your baby in it. This is normal and absolutely nothing to worry about. And about your cervical dilatation, your doctor must be aware about the required waiting period after a 1 cm dilatation which in my opinion is early. But as a week has passed, it may be time to report to your doctor or wait for a spontaneous initiation.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
