Prescribe Medicines For 2 Feet, 1 Hand Syndrome.

I would like a prescription for Loprox Gel (ciclopirox) 0.77%. I ve seen a dermatologist in the past and was diagnosed with 2 feet, 1 hand syndrome. It will heal it, but it always comes back. I ve checked on an appointment with the dermatologist and it s a 3 month wait! So I want to see if I can get a prescription online to get the medication

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

2 feet and 1 hand syndrome is nothing but fungal infection involving both the feet and one hand.

I would suggest an oral antifungal e.g either fluconazole or terbinafine in such a case to be taken for 4-6 weeks. While fluconazole needs to be taken once weekly for 4-6 weeks, terbinafine needs to be taken once daily for 4-6 weeks.

Topical antifungals like either clotrimazole cream or terbinafine cream can be applied to the affected skin , twice daily for 4-6 weeks

An OTC antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg once daily would help symptomatically with the itch.

regards
