dnt worry this is common in pregnancy with many,it generally happens in third trimester due increase in blood volume , ur heart need to pump more to give blood to ur fetus ,may increase in pressure in vein .do get panic ,take iron tablet and vitamin follic acid mainly ,it will prevent neural tube defect of ur baby,stay happy..njoy the process of being mother

From the information you have provided,

It looks like your palm must have been under pressure for a long time.
This is not uncommon in pregnancy as you might have slept on your left.

Also due to water retention that happens in pregnancy, you might have feeling of numbness and tingling in your fingers.

As longs as this is not severe and present all the time and you are able to move your fingers well, there is nothing to worry.

Ferrous fumarate has nothing to do with this symptom.
So please do not stop it as you need iron supplementation for a healthy pregnancy.

If it is due to pregnancy, it is generally on both sides...
