Pregnant, Have Chills, Neck Stiffness, Pain During Urination, Profuse Sweating. What Could Be Going On?

hi im 7months pregnant and the past 2 or 3 days i have been chillin off and on and shaking with my neck stifffin up constantly..but last last i was hurting wen i urinated all through the night then wen i went to bed i sweated all nite long.i even soaked the sheets...could someone tell me wat they think is goin on with my body? Its been over the weekend and my doctor dont come in till tomar

Fever, chills, rigors and painful urination are all indicative of a urinary tract infection. However the neck stiffness is a worrying symptoms and can be seen in meningitis (this is just a possibility). Since you are having high grade fever with such profuse sweating and chills, you should seek medical attention urgently.

UTIs in pregnancy should be treated promptly and properly. If your appointment with your doctor is getting delayed, I would advise you to go to the ER for medical attention.
