Pregnant. Ultrasound Shows Nabothian Cyst. Breast Pain, White Vaginal Discharge. Help
i am 38yrs old.. this is supposed to be my first baby..in my ultrasound i have live intrauterine pregnancy 6 weeks days by crl of 0.85cm , macroyolk sac 0.8cm. cervix 3.0x2.7cm long. normal both ovaries with corpus luteum in the left... trans v done on this date june 8... while on june 21 my trans v result is embryonic demise 7weeks and 5 days gestation crl measures 1.35cm. yolk sac measures 0.41cm cervix 3.32x2.08x2.41cm nabothian cyst :none Now july 4, i still have no vaginal bleeding.. i feel like normal.. i still experience breast pain esp in the morning.. i also noticed vaginal discharge like sticky milk like fluid. pls help. do i need to remove my baby now?

I am sorry about your loss. So on 6/21 you were diagnosed with a "missed abortion" meaning that the fetus' heart stopped, but you have not miscarried. It is very unpredictable in terms of how long it will take to actually miscarry, but once the bleeding starts, the course of events becomes much more predictable.
By the end of this week, it will be three weeks since the diagnosis. It seems to me that this has been a reasonable amount of time to wait, but now you should consider a D&C.
