Hi, I had a D&C about a week and a half ago, after finding out that my pregnancy failed. They tried an office procedure first, and when that didn t work, they had to go the OR route. I ve still been having some spotting, along with blood mixed with either tissue or something that seems like discharge . I ve been having hip/groin/and knee pain on my right side that has been growing increasingly severe. I noticed this morning that my pubic bone on the same side is slightly swollen and sore to the touch. Could this be related back to my d&c? Would there be other indicators if there was an issue or infection?
