Poison Ivy, Scabies

Hi, I ve been breaking out for the past week since Sunday I went to the ER that night and the doctor said it was poison ivy but then today I went to see my doctor and she said it was scabies , but how did I get them and what can I do to get them away?

scabies is a transmissable disease caused by sarcoptes scabie.
it could be due to contact with an infected or infested person.
another reason which is uncommon is because of low immunity levels of body.
treatement for this is permethrin application.
laundry your bed sheets and clothes properly.maintain a good hygiene.
for itching u can use antihistaminic like cetrizine.
