General & Family Physician Dr. Sapan J. Pandya's  Response
Your sperm count is adequate. The sperm motility is good. Number of active sperms is good. Motility after 1st and 2nd hour is good.
The only issue is high number of White Blood Cells suggesting that there is infection in Male Reproductive Tract, may be in Prostate (Prostatitis) or Epididymis (Epididymitis).
You need to take a good antibiotic for around 3 months and then get the semen analysis done again. If normal you may stop the antibiotic.

We are trying to conceive and my husband has a liquefaction time greater than 60 minutes and a high ph level from his semen analysis. He has taken antibiotics and there is no sign of infection. He has had 3 semen analysis done and results stay the same.

My last period was on the 10 th of august and went till the 18th. Me and my partner had sex on the 21st of this month, but he just rubbed on my clitoris and a little cum came out. My next period was due on the 6th but it didn't come. Since then I have done 4 pregnancy tests all negative. I went to the doctor but he said to wait another 1 to 2 weeks. I have all the symptoms of being pregnant. So could I be pregnant?

Hi, my friend is currently having an active sex life. And she was not yet ready to get pregnant. I told here to go into a doctor and ask for the specific BCP for her to be able to be safe from unwanted pregnancy and still to continue having her active sex life without worries. But she's too afraid. Here workmate told her to by gynera from the drugstore. Do you think this are going to be safe for her?. thanks.
