Periods Twice In A Month. Drank Too Much Of Red Bull Energy Drink

I have been drinking way too many Red Bull energy drinks lately. That being said, I am wondering if the drinks may have anything to do with my period coming twice in the same month (6 days between them) and the second one (of which I am now in day 4) being so extremely heavy that I have gone through 8 superplus tampons and pads in a workday.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Having too many energy drinks are not likely to affect your metabolism much so as to cause an early period. This is likely to be due to a mild hormonal disturbance that can be corrected with pills.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
