Period, bloating, protein in urine, UTI, endometriosis. Am I hypochondriac?

Hi. I am booked in for a laparoscopy in a few weeks as I have had several problems with painful periods and bloating . Very recently (about the last month) new symptoms started. I feel hungry ALL the time. I am tend to feel cold in a warm room, I have a protein in my urine with no other obvious signs of a UTI and I am ridiculously tired. I just wonder if there is anything I can ask my doctors to look for without sounding like a hypochondriac! I have already been diagnosed (without inspection) with endometriosis and a scan revealed consistancies with polcystic ovaries...any ideas, please? (if it matters, I am 31, with three children, and live in the UK)
