Penile Adhesion,is Surgery Needed?

Hi Doctor, I am 21 and I have penile adhesion . Am trying to open my foreskin using lubricant from one week and I am experiencing improvement. Can I remove it manually by doing it daily at this age or do I need to get operated?

If they are easily removable and you can retract prepuce full without pain, you may not need surgery. Sometimes it may be associated with imfection. It doesnt necessarily affect sexual activity unless its painful.
