ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Thanks for writing to H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding paralysis of right vocal cord for last 7 days. You have told about endoscopic findings but other pathological tests as- Blood sugar, X-Ray chest etc are if normal than it is most likely viral inf of recurrent laryngeal nerve. In such situations with due concent of your treating doctor steroids may be added for short time to get good results.

Regards.
