Paraplegic Person, Labia Is A Little Puffy On Outside, Swollen On Inner Side. What I Could Do To Treat At Home?

I'm a parapalegic and I've been with the same guy for a long time. I noticed my left labia is a little puffy on outside. When I roll it out from inside, it's swollen on inner lip. No discolouration..No Drainage..No itching. It's a little sore, but not bad. It's been a soft puffy for almost 2 weeks and I'm not sure what it could be. I don't have insurance, so was wondering what I could do to treat at home

Hi, it appears to be the boil on the labia, actually it should become ripe, and burst by this time. Other alternative is the cyst, but it cant be with so short history.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiapeptidase, and diclofenac sodium. Thank you.
